Polarity is an Interesting First Person Physics Puzzle Game
Blue Button Games will soon be bringing their physics based puzzle game Polarity over to Android. Currently the game is slated as a Steam Greenlight project, and if it manages to snag a good number of votes, it will be officially launched into Steam. Interestingly, Polarity happens to fully support Oculus Rift, which is pretty interesting to play.
For those of you who doesn’t always get a dosage of
virtual reality, then Polarity will definitely fill you in with a good dosage. In this game, you’ll be playing with someone who is hired to hack into a virtual world where you have to steal data in exchange for money. To make it interesting, you need to switch color to do a wide range of tasks like opening gates, dodging various traps, and evading dangers. There are different types of puzzles that can be find on the game that includes rotating rooms and many puzzles to solve. It does look like a bit Tron inspired with all of the neon lights and background.
The Android version is the same as the Steam version. There is also a possibility, that Polarity will offer local co-op multiplayer. Hopefully, Polarity will be released in month’s time. If you want to try the game. you can check out their Flash demo at Kongregate and if you want to get this game on Steam, then go leave a vote on the Stream Greenlight page.
