For all of you Temple Run fanatics out there, here’s some news that will literally sweep your feet away.  A leaked Temple Run 2 sequel has been spotted and is already released in iOS.

Temple Run 2 is the direct sequel to the continuous running game that offers a new set of features that includes new characters to play, new beautifully rendered environments to dash through and even introduces zip lines to the gameplay. While players will still be treated to the same environments like forests and temple ruins, there are additional settings that includes riding of a mine car in an underground tunnel, dangerous clifftops and yes more thick forest to traverse.

Like we said, there will be mine carts, and players will have to navigate their way through a mine zone still complete with obstacles and challenges. There are also three new characters to play with bringing in four at the start of the game. Special powers are still available for purchase but we do heard reports about characters having their own set of powers.

According to words out in the street, Temple Run 2 will probably arrive next week for Android. We can just cross our fingers and hope it will. In the meantime, we will try to confirm this rumor.
